i am looking for creative ways to teach multiplication facts. i already use worksheets and flashcards, but i would love to find some more creative ways to teach the same thing every day! they are 4th graders in a math intervention program and they are having a hard time remembering these simple facts. any suggestions would be great!is it possible for i a 16 year old to improve in math mainly multiplication in a few days?

yes,yes16 year old girl.i'm ashame enough.but, before you begin to ask yourself 'shouldn't you know the basics of math already"? well,i don't and it's a long story.i grew up in a horrible school.luckily,i now go to a better advance one. i just want encouragement,if i try hard enough for days and hours will i be able to improve.school begins on aug 20,i get very stress my head hurt a lot.i yet, don't know my multiplications,i have panic fears around others. i'm not fishing for rude comments,i just need support.since i barely have any from anyone. please do not suggest a tutor, nor friend.this is something i have to do on my own,i do it by studying and watching math tutor videos on youtube. i just need support and encouragement to not give up,i want to improve. .please, just a bit of support all i ask.what's the best way to get to know your multiplication?

please don't make fun of me. i am at a 4th grade math level and i am a freshman in college. i need to learn my multiplication table. when i was in elementary school my teachers didn't give me a math class. they took me out to do english, reading and speech. my first math class was in 9th grade and it was algebra. of course, since i didn't know my table my teacher didn't like me and i was kicked out of his class within 2 weeks. i am extremely advanced in english--not so much math. no need to call me stupid, i already know i am. what is the best way to practice multiplication? i don't know how to learn it. when i look at--for example: 4x3 i don't know the answer. i can't just look at something and know it. do you get what i mean? i don't want to look stupid in my basic math class anymore my instructor keeps yelling at me. i'm practicing, really hard. nothing is sticking through. i have flash cards.how do i increase my math knowledge?

i hate the fact that i'm 26 years old and can't do anything above simple multiplication. i've been looking online through google for some written tutorials on math, but i keep comming accross worksheets with no explanations of how to solve the problems. i work at crappy *** kinko's and need to get far far away from this company, but i notice as i'm looking throgh job ads that alot of the positions require a slightly higher level of math skills than i posess. i have next to no free time so i'll have to take the hard road and try to teach myself as best as i can, so if you know any resources that would be to a very busy man's benefit please let me know. oh, i also hate to pay for things lol!! so, if you know any free help please lit that first. thanks in advance.this is my first time tutoring a third grader in math, any ideas?

as i said above, this is my first time tutoring a third grader in math, and my first time tutoring altogether. i already planned on getting to know my student with an interview. so far, she only needs help in multiplication. any online worksheets that are somewhat cute and for kids? i doubt she'd be interested in doing a page of equations after equations. i'm not too sure how to word this but how should i approach her 'needy' areas in multiplication? should i have her fill out times tables or recite them to me or just ask? i'm thirteen and a high school geometry student, and we're meeting in our library by the way.**Total Download :**283
